OPTICBIO-Multicell Survival
OPTICBIO-Multicell Survival offers the distinctive features of the OPTICBIO Multicell family. This Survival model adds the functionality of photoactive biologic material storage by providing a high number of survival cells (40) divided into 15 arrays of 2 different geometrical shapes and volumes.
Each biologic container is coupled to an optical module featuring a white light source that can be controlled to provide a continuous night/day cycle to comply with the survival need of the photoactive biosamples. 2 arrays also offer fluorescence excitation at 650 nm and emission detection at 700 nm.
The optical modules are lodged inside the instrument case, while the biological modules, perfectly sealed, are mounted on top outside the case for an easy and quick removal. OPTICBIO-Multicell Survival offers a special feature of luminous intensity control to adjust the LED light with 128 levels and select the optimum value required by each specific biosample.
The biosensor systems belonging to the FLUORESCENCE-BIOSENS line are modular, portable, flexible, low size and weight instruments for fluorescence measurement of a wide range of biologic samples deposited in the approriate cell container.
They are equipped with onboard electronic control board for data read-out, processing and storage. Keyboard and display can be used to set-up the programmable parameters and a USB connection supports the data transfer to PC.
An optional software for remote control, real time results display and data analysis is also available. The FLUORESCENCE-BIOSENS products can be used for applications in biotechnology, biochemistry, environmental monitoring (e.g. water pollutants, drinking water quality control, waste water analysis), agriculture and industrial process control .
